A group of highly skilled and experienced makeup instructors joined forces with the YWCA to deliver a specialized makeup course for senior brides and grooms. Back in June, they began a collaborative process with the center, engaging in open discussions to understand the course objectives, goals, and any additional needs. The instructors tailored the curriculum, learning plans, teaching content, and practical exercises to meet the specific requirements of the YWCA. Their aim was to empower experienced makeup artists to confidently and independently create beautiful looks for senior couples, helping them to reignite the magic of their wedding day.

On August 24th, Miko and several other makeup artists were on hand to assist senior couples as they donned their wedding attire, culminating in a truly memorable event.

The students were eager to learn and made the most of every class session, diligently practicing their skills. They also demonstrated a strong work ethic by completing homework assignments and proactively seeking clarification and feedback from the instructors during the following class. The dedication and commitment of these aspiring makeup artists were evident, resulting in excellent learning outcomes and significant progress. We are deeply grateful for their hard work.
