LBEDU is delighted to announce the successful completion of the ITEC examinations! The assessments covered a wide range of professional qualifications including bridal makeup, media and stage special effects, semi‑permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, high‑energy equipment (HiFu), laser and intense pulsed light (IPL), as well as anatomy and massage. All candidates passed the March examinations, and we are proud to add the new Level 4 qualification in intimate hair removal. Special thanks to examiner Helen Tan, and to our Dean and Vice Deans for their hard work.

Preparation and Heartwarming Friendship

Pre‑examination preparation required attention to detail and consistent practice. One candidate's model even custom‑made a dance costume for her friend's exam – a touching display of friendship. We thank all the instructors for their dedicated guidance!

New Technology Assessments and Industry Trends

This assessment round also included evaluations of emerging techniques such as laser tattoo removal and ultrasonic microneedling. We were especially honoured to have a UK registered nurse participate in the ITEC exams, and we are pleased to see more men joining the beauty industry.

Rigorous Assessment and Personal Growth

The instructors maintained a rigorous approach, evaluating candidates on technique, hygiene, communication, and other aspects, helping students understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Students also engaged in self‑reflection, reviewing their operational details to enhance their professional skills. The chief examiner for this session was Audrey.
