This HKQF Level 3 Certificate in Eyelash Extension, Curling and Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting is registered under the Continuing Education Fund (CEF Course Code: 74C141205, valid until 30/09/2026). The 42-hour course spans 2-3 months. Total tuition is HK$12,600 (2 installments of HK$6,300/month). Eligible students can receive up to HK$10,060 CEF subsidy, reducing net tuition to as low as HK$2,540. Exam fees are waived, and practice tools are included.   + 電睫毛適用的產品及物料
  + 護理前皮膚測試
  + 電睫毛(縮毛矯正)及美睫嫁接實務
• 眉毛及睫毛漂染產品及著色技巧與實務
  + 漂染產品的成份及使用方法
  + 不同漂染產品的禁忌
  + 漂染睫毛及眉毛時的應注意事項
  + 漂染睫毛及眉毛的程序
  + 顧客的毛髮顏色與漂染時間長短之關係, 例如: 金色、黑色、灰色、紅色等...
  + 眉睫漂染實務

[入學要求] 

1. 完成中三或同等學歷程度；及
2. 具三年或以上美容業之工作經驗；或修畢任何資歷級別二級之美容護理課程或同等資歷。
