International Qualifications Assessment (IQA)

Connecting Industry & Academia · Setting Professional Benchmarks · Advancing Inclusive Values

Alliance Development History

The International Qualifications Assessment (IQA) was officially established in the summer of 2019, founded by a group of distinguished experts with outstanding achievements in higher education, qualifications frameworks, and various professional fields. The founding members brought together specialists from diverse industries, aiming to build a solid and comprehensive alliance system that promotes cross-sector collaboration.

Since its inception, IQA has consistently driven the development and evolution of industry standards. Through rigorous qualification assessment services, it has established authority and credibility in the field of professional certification. The alliance actively expands international cooperation, striving to transform mature experience and standards into a core force that drives social progress and creates diverse value. In the future, IQA will continue to deepen partnerships with local and international institutions, particularly in areas such as qualifications framework alignment, third-party assurance, and empowerment of ethnic minorities.

Group Background & Third-Party Assurance Role

IQA (International Qualifications Alliance) is a professional association under LBEDU Luster Beauty International Education and Training Academy and Luster International Group (Holdings) Limited. Building on the deep foundation of its parent organizations in international education, training, and qualifications frameworks, IQA is committed to assisting learners who have obtained qualifications framework recognition by planning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) pathways and establishing regular self-assessment mechanisms, ensuring that professionals keep pace with the times.

At the same time, IQA also functions as a business school, working closely with LBEDU to offer UK VTCT iTEC internationally accredited courses in business, finance, logistics, and education and training. These courses integrate global standards and practical cases, helping learners obtain internationally recognised qualifications and broaden their career horizons.

In the field of third-party assurance, IQA provides course validation, quality inspection, quality assurance, and institutional accreditation services for multiple international certification bodies and schools, ensuring the highest level of objectivity and credibility in training programmes, assessment processes, and qualification awarding.
