About Us
Luster Beauty International Education and Training Academy (abbreviated as LBEDU or LBIETA) was established in 2013 in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We construct our curriculum and certification system based on the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF), UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), European Qualifications Framework (EQF), and professional standards from industry enterprises and experts, providing third-party qualifications certification services and quality assurance consultancy services. The academy is also recognized by the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF), Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ), and Labour and Welfare Bureau (LWB).
LBEDU offers internationally recognized qualification framework certification courses from Level 2 to Level 6, with relevant qualifications recognized by HKQF and VTCT Skills iTEC. We offer over 46 courses covering more than 39 professional fields, creating new pathways for diversified vocational education. We have established global partnerships, with a service network including higher education institutions, vocational training colleges, associations, and renowned private education institutions. Leveraging this extensive educational network, we issue over ten thousand qualification certifications annually, providing solid credentials for students' professional achievements.
