She is one of the world’s first educators to achieve the non-medical beauty UK and European Qualifications Framework Level 6, and also the first in Asia to obtain the same level in medical aesthetics. She is proficient in all beauty disciplines and holds 21 government-recognised international qualifications in beauty and education training. She serves as an assessor for HKQF, iTEC, City & Guilds, and other qualification systems.

Joie Wong is currently the Dean, President, and Lead Instructor of LBEDU Shining Beauty International Education and Training Institute. She is also the Co-Founding President (Development) of the IQA International Qualification Alliance and the ABIL Asian Beauty International League. Under her leadership, the institute has received the “Qualifications Framework Star Institution” award from the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Secretary for Education, as well as the “Qualifications Framework Level 7” recognition.

She specialises in semi-permanent pigmentation techniques (eyebrows, eyes, lips, hairline, scalp micropigmentation, and areola reconstruction). She promotes personalised education and has developed diverse courses for secondary schools, including junior and senior electives in medical beauty, film and TV makeup, aesthetic devices, salon management, and trainer training. She actively expands the institute’s partnerships, securing real-world opportunities for students and instructors in film productions, fashion weeks, beauty competitions, and international events. Guided by the core values of respect, responsibility, flexible learning, personal growth, and a safe environment, she is committed to cultivating professionals with both technical excellence and integrity.

Mr. Wong currently serves as the School Director and Vice-Principal of LBEDU Shining Beauty International Education and Training Institute. He is also the Co-Founding President of both the IQA International Qualification Alliance and the ABIL Asian Beauty International League. He is responsible for institutional administration, curriculum development, and quality assurance, leading the institute to receive the “Qualifications Framework Star Institution” award and the “Qualifications Framework Level 7” recognition from the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Secretary for Education.
