資歷簡介：英國 Ofqual 註冊認可證書，一共 3 個必修單元，整個課程重點分為【法定必修基礎單元】+【核心私密蜜蠟專業單元（含 VIO 區域技術）】，同時對應香港美容行業開設私密除毛服務的執業標準。
一、三大必修單元（官方強制，缺一不可）
- iUCO79 監控及維持沙龍衛生安全實務
- iUBT402 美容行業客戶照顧與溝通
- iUBT420 女性私密蜜蠟除毛（核心主修單元）
二、課程核心重點（理論 + 實務）
（一）理論知識重點
- 皮膚與毛髮生理學及 VIO 構造
私密 VIO 各區域皮膚結構（V 區比堅尼部位、I 區陰唇兩側、O 區肛門周圍）、毛發生長週期與毛髮類型；敏感肌、色素沉澱肌膚特徵。
- 禁忌症 (Contra-indications) 與治療後反應 (Contra-actions)
- 絕對禁忌、相對禁忌篩查（皮膚病、黏膜破損、荷爾蒙狀態、生理期、藥物影響等）
- 紅腫、灼熱、毛囊炎、瘀傷等突發狀況處理流程
- 產品與工具專業認知
熱蠟/硬蠟於 VIO 敏感區域的適用場景、精準蠟溫控制、預護、事後護理產品原理；一次性用品規範、防交叉感染守則。
- 法律、專業倫理與私隱規範
客戶私隱、尊嚴保障、知情同意書、治療記錄保存；私密服務專業邊界、行業操守。
- 治療前諮詢流程標準
問卷評估、皮膚測試、確認 VIO 款式需求、解釋痛楚、預期效果、風險告知，制定個人化治療方案。
（二）實務操作重點（考核核心）
註：考試要求真人模特實操，模擬個案不接受作為正式評核證據。
- 治療前完整準備流程
工作區消毒、客戶防護、VIO 私密區域清潔與消毒、毛長檢查、適度修毛、爽膚/隔離底霜使用。
- 三大主流私密蜜蠟與 VIO 標準技術（必考）
- 法式 Bikini Wax：精細修整 V 區比堅尼線
- 巴西 Brazilian Wax：造型除毛，處理 V 區（保留少量造型）及 I 區、O 區毛髮
- Hollywood Wax (全 VIO 除毛)：完整去除 V 區、I 區及 O 區（含肛門周圍）所有毛髮
- VIO 標準操作守則（VTCT 評分關鍵）
- 蠟塗佈範圍控制、正確角度、針對 I 區及 O 區軟組織進行皮膚充分拉緊支撐（防止撕裂與瘀青）
- 單區不可重複上蠟超過 2 次；一次性刮棒不可重複浸蠟（防交叉污染）
- 客戶姿勢調整（如屈膝、側臥以利 O 區操作）、持續安撫、保障身體私隱
- 快速、順毛生長方向上蠟、逆毛快速撕除標準手法
- 治療完結護理與跟進
舒緩產品運用、標準事後護理指引：24 小時避免熱水、運動、桑拿、香水衣物、日曬；建議療程頻率 4–6 星期；VIO 預防倒生毛與毛囊炎護理建議。
- 完整文件記錄
諮詢記錄、VIO 治療過程、皮膚反應、事後建議、後續跟進方案。
（三）客戶溝通與心理管理（獨立評分項）
進行 VIO 私密服務時客戶普遍緊張、尷尬、畏痛；課程重點訓練：
- 專業用語、清晰指令、尊重溝通
- 痛楚管理、適時休息、預期管理
- 處理客戶疑慮、抗拒、治療中途暫停等突發情況
三、評核重點（考取證書門檻）
- 外部理論考試（選擇題 MCQ）：安全、生理、禁忌、產品、法律知識
- 外部實務觀察考試（真人模特）：完整一套女性私密蜜蠟/VIO 療程
- 課業證據檔案 Portfolio：至少 4 個完整客戶治療案例記錄

四、資歷定位重點
- 屬 RQF Level 3，為開設女性私密蜜蠟 (VIO) 服務的標準國際資歷；
- 只涵蓋女性私密除毛，不包含男士私密蜜蠟；
- 可作日後修讀高級美容治療師證書的銜接資歷。

- 學員須在外部考官面前執行一次完整的Brazilian或Hollywood (全VIO) 蜜蠟除毛治療。評估項目包括：專業外觀、客戶照護、衛生與消毒、熱蠟應用、熱蠟移除與完成效果、術後護理建議及口頭問答。
