Declaration at Public Enquiry Service Centres (HAD)

    Suppose applicants lost past academic and work experience proof. In that case, you may consider going to a nearby (Home Affairs Department-HAD) Public Enquiry Service Centres (Enquiry/Complaints) to make a sworn statement about your past academic and work experience.
  • 1. Academic: What year did you graduate? What school or university you were? What level of academic did you complete?

Example: I, [YOUT NAME], [HKID NUMBER: XXXXXXX(X)], graduated from [SCHOOL NAME] in [YEAR], completing [Form 3 or higher].

 

  • 2. Work Experience: Which region/country did you work in? Which company did you work for? How many year you work there? What was your job title? What was your job duty?

Example: I, XXX, HKID: XXXXXXX(X), worked in Hong Kong, China, as a brow embroidery artist at XXX Company from 1990-1998 for 8 years, responsible for servicing and training new employees in eyebrow embroidery, eyeliner, and lip embroidery.
