Established in 2013, LUSTER BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACADEMY (LBEDU / LBIEATA). LBEDU/LBIETA is a Hong Kong government-registered continuing education institution #854.
The institution provides government-funded courses and international qualifications in beauty education and instructor vocational training courses and provides higher beauty and education institutions recognized by the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework, the International Qualifications Framework, and various countries for local students and working or non-working employees.
The institution was awarded the Hong Kong QF Star Training Institution by the Secretary for Education of Hong Kong. It is committed to providing tutor education and training through the Hong Kong qualification framework (HKQF) and international qualification framework (RQF & EQF by VTCT iTEC), as well as beauty skills application and beauty planning and management science and research courses to promote the development of learning and teaching and improve the service quality of the beauty industry.
