IFBC的歷史-成立於2003年

國際美容家總聯合會 (INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF BEAUTY CULTURIST CORPORATION)
香港 澳門 中國 IFBC 協會部為 "閃耀美容國際教育及培訓學院 (LUSTER BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACADEMY)"

所有這些都是在國際美容文化聯合會中實現的。

他們說，人類成為美麗的心靈是無止境的。我認為世界更美麗，更美麗，因為我們的美麗文化家在美麗的創造和發展的中心。我們的國際美容文化聯合會（以下簡稱“IFBC”）是由旨在使這個世界變得美麗的人們建立的組織，IFBC旨在成為世界上最好的美容組織，作為美容養殖者之間的交流場所，而不是提到技術發展。因此，我們的IFBC高管，如國內外130多個協會的主席和各分公司經理，不僅在各種技術發展方面做得最好，而且還通過“公平對話”為美容技術改進以及有才能的個人培訓做出了貢獻。 “隨著美容全球化時代的到來;最重要的是，IFBC正在進行市場開發，以進軍海外美容市場。在接下來的時間裡，我們的IFBC真誠地承諾，無論在名義還是現實方面都是最好的國際聯合會，它將與全世界的美容養殖者一起成為共同成長的最重要渠道。
