We are a registered institution with the Hong Kong SAR Government (Registration No.: 854) and have been honored with the "QF Star-rated Training Institution" award by the Director of the Education Bureau. We are also authorized by the UK qualifications framework to offer and assess Level 5 international accredited courses. As a higher education institution dedicated to continuous education and advancement in beauty, we serve as an approved examination center and registered assessment venue for multiple government QF (HKQF) and international bodies including VTCT, ITEC, City & Guilds, and CPD (Continuing Professional Development). We strive to be a leading and comprehensive continuing education hub for medical aesthetics, non-medical professional beauty skills, educational training, beauty business management, and curriculum development research, thereby advancing teaching and learning and continuously enhancing the quality of education and service in the beauty industry.

LUSTER BEAUTY's journey began with the founding of JL DEPARTMENT STORE (iiiStyle.com) in 2008. Leveraging sharp market insight and a commitment to excellence, we successfully expanded into education by establishing LBEDU, aiming to promote mutual enrichment in teaching and learning, and to comprehensively elevate service quality and professional standards in the beauty and education sectors.
Since 2015, our operations have extended to overseas markets, including Southeast Asia, and Mainland Chinese cities such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, Zhuhai, and Hengqin, continuously expanding our international education network.
As a higher beauty academy providing International Qualifications Framework (HKQF, RQF, EQF) accredited courses, we focus on the field of medical aesthetics, offering comprehensive programs covering VTCT iTEC Levels 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
