Program Objectives
- Assist ethnic minorities in need of financial assistance to complete courses in cosmetology, business administration, or education and training.
- Promote social diversity and inclusion, enabling more ethnic minorities to acquire professional skills and integrate into society.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Ethnic Minority: Applicants must be members of an ethnic minority group in Hong Kong (please refer to the Hong Kong Government's definition). Please provide relevant supporting documents (e.g., identity card).
- Hong Kong CSSA or Low-Income Family: Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Direct Proof of CSSA Eligibility: Provide a "Certificate" issued by the Social Welfare Department (SWD) proving that their family is receiving CSSA.
- Provide CSSA Application Number: Provide their CSSA application number so that the College can verify with the Social Welfare Department (subject to prior consent from the Social Welfare Department).
- Low-Income Family: Meet the following low-income family standards:
- Single Person: Monthly household income not exceeding HK$8,000 (this figure may be adjusted according to the government poverty line)
- Two-Person Household: Monthly household income not exceeding HK$12,000 (this figure may be adjusted according to the government poverty line)
- Three-Person Household: Monthly household income not exceeding HK$16,000 (this figure may be adjusted according to the government poverty line)
- Four-Person Household or More: Monthly household income not exceeding HK$20,000 (this figure may be adjusted according to the government poverty line)
- Please provide relevant supporting documents (e.g., pay slips, tax returns, bank statements, etc.).
- Successfully Applied for Admission to a Designated Course at the College: Applicants must have been successfully admitted to the College and be enrolled in the following designated courses:
- Cosmetology Courses
- Business Management Courses
- Education and Training Courses
Funding Amount
The College will provide eligible students with a 15% subsidy on the tuition fees for their selected course.
Application Procedure
- Complete the College's admission application procedure and be accepted.
- Submit a complete tuition support application form, along with all required supporting documents.
- Wait for the College's approval result.

- Proof of income (e.g., pay slips, tax returns, bank statements, etc., as applicable to the low-income family standard)
